Associate

Owen Dombert is an associate attorney with the firm and focuses his practice on municipal law, land use, and related areas.

During law school, Mr. Dombert interned with the Pennsylvania Department of State, the Niagara County Supreme Court, and in a variety of legal aid roles. He also participated in a research project comparing zoning ordinances regulating commercial solar energy projects adopted by municipalities across Pennsylvania.

BAR ADMISSIONS

Mr. Dombert was admitted to the New York bar in 2025.
